Life Of Polyester Fabrics
The polyester fabrics are replacement for all types of fabrics we have been blessed by the Nature. There are the few main reasons behind this fact, production without any limit, the being cheaper and more environment resistant etc., which increase the life of these synthetic materials. The polyester fabrichas different properties as per the corresponding material. All of these are made by petroleum originated products. As such involve chemicals, rather toxic chemicals and the principal ingredient itself is toxic so its making is governed by the rules and regulations laid by the competent authorities so that somebody who comes into contact with these would remain safe.

Large Quantity Of Polyester Fabrics
The polyester fabrics top in the list of man-made fabrics. These are made in a chemical process involving petroleum products and some certain chemicals. These were meant to be surrogate for the fabrics made of cotton, wool, silk, jute etc. There is no problem at all in use of all these God provided making materials except limit of the production. And in all developed countries it was not possible to make available all of the materials abundantly round the clock for variety of reason. Though a certain polyester fabric can be produces in any desired quantity yet these are not without side effects.

Production Of Polyester Fabric
The polyester fabric can be produce in more consistent way than cotton, wool or silk fabric. In many countries, where human welfare is enumerated in the priority list, making of materials such as polyester fabricsare done according to the rules and regulation. This is owing to fact that its making involve human physical effort and fumes into air while extruding. These are used because these last longer, cost cheaper, more hazard resistant, water proof etc. But, these have issues as well, these are usually inflammable, not always going well with human skin etc and making is not free of environmental hazards etc.

Cheaper Polyester Fabrics
The polyester fabrics are made both wholly of man-made materials and in cohesion with cotton etc.The primary purpose of adding this material or using wholly is to bring down the cost. No doubt, a polyester fabric is water proof can resist decaying (even can last for ever), if processed duly it can be sort of bactericide. The choice of colours is further convenient, another advantage is that these are weigh light than their counterparts in cotton, wool and jute. A completely synthetic fibre is made, processed, finished and even used differently. But these are not as suitable to humans as those made of natural elements.
